I got my gazebo yesterday. I can't wait to put it up next spring. you're right, It does look heavy duty.
Just want you to know the gazebo is up and we enjoyed sitting out last nite without the bugs driving us crazy.
Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the gazebo we recently purchased from your company. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the gazebo to the actual installation we were both very impressed. The gazebo was packed very well and got to us in perfect condition and on time just as you promised! (now if I can just figure out a way to effectively recycle the crate it came in!). The instructions were easy to understand and the entire job took us two days from start to finish. So thanks for all your help!
Bought this item a few months ago, and I could not be any more pleased. The materials are top notch. Instructions came with it, you can easily follow the instructions and complete it. Like I said, materials are A1 so it looks the opposite of cheap. Me and my family will make memories under the gazebo for years to come. I recommend this to any skeptics who are up in the air on purchasing this. Most def. worth it!
It took about 2 months to get here. When I opened the Crate, I have to say I was very surprised at how well this was packed. Someone took great care in designing the shipping crate. I put the entire thing together by myself. It wasn't too difficult. I agree the written parts of the directions were vague, but you can figure everything out by the pictures. I would recommend getting some help lifting the roof section on top of the frame. That part almost got me :) It rained the day after the assembly was complete, there were NO leaks. Color me impressed. Some quick advice before you start assembly. First, DO read the manual front to back. It will give you a general idea of what it needed. Next, take all of the hardware out. It's great for keeping everything separate and labeled. Take your time. There's a lot of parts, so make sure you don't skip around. Follow the directions in the order they give you. I worked on this over a 3 day period for probably a total of 6 hours. Looking forward to a great season with this.

Bought as an anniversary surprise for my husband. He was floored at the craftsmanship of this gazebo. We put lots of lights through out the ceiling and a beautiful rattan ceiling fan. It’s such a gorgeous addition to our pool area. I see us getting many years of great memories under the beauty of this gazebo. If thinking of buying DO IT! It was really simple to assemble with 4 adults
This project turned out better than we ever expected! The design is beautiful and very good quality. It was a birthday gift for our daughter but now the gazebo is a favorite for all the family. There is ample room inside for small scale furniture and accessories. Highly recommend this company and product.
I am so happy with our Denali 16x24 gazebo mere words cannot describe it. We enjoy using our backyard to entertain friends and family and this beautiful enclosure gives us the opportunity to do it year-round. Love it and will recommend Westview Manufacturing.
