I purchased the Genix cold tub lite version from Westview manufacturing along with their Brentwood enclosure. I will leave a review for the enclosure soon. Westview offers the pro model at a slightly higher price but I already have a hot tub and really just wanted an upgrade on my current cold plunge tub. I love how easy it is to set the temperature control and no more big bags of ice taking up all the room in my freezer. I also really appreciate the extra leg room it provides being a little bit taller than most. If you are tired of dealing with ice and getting the right temperature for your plunge I highly recommend the Genesis cold plunge. It has pretty much has the same features as much more expensive tubs and their sales staff actually answers the phone when you call. No emailing back and forth required.

Returns

Westview Manufacturing offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply. Pre-order and overstock sales are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Warranty
