We recommend you have 3 inches around the outside diameter of the gazebo you decide to purchase.
Westview Manufacturing will provide the anchor brackets required to fasten the gazebo to your surface. Due to the wide variety of surfaces that can be used, we do not include the fasteners. Most types of fasteners can be purchased at your local building supply store. A Westview Manufacturing customer service representative can review the fastening options with you based on your surface type.
You will need; a power drill with a Phillips head bit, a tape measure, and a step ladder or platform tall enough to assemble the roof components. Some customers have found wood clamps, a rubber mallet or hammer and flexible drill bit extension helpful.
The gazebos are designated as temporary structures however permit requirements vary from municipality to municipality, so it is always best to check with your local authorities. Westview can provide engineering documents, component specifications and test reports if required.
Yes, there are several points on the gazebo frame that will accommodate electrical outlets. The wall panel frames are a popular mounting spot. Westview can provide images and further information upon request.
Yes, we can share an assembly technique that allows you to build your gazebo and put your hot tub or swim spa inside afterwards. A Westview Customer service representative will be happy to go over the details with you.
Installation times will vary depending on the gazebo size, the installers experience and size of the crew completing the install.
The gazebos will typically take two people around six hours for a smaller gazebo and up to two days for the largest gazebos.
Estimated shipping times for pre-order gazebos fluctuate depending on scheduled production runs and inventory in transit. Current delivery timelines will be provided at the time of inquiry.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. An adult member of the household or a pre-authorized representative must be present to provide a signature at the time of delivery.
Yes, Westview Manufacturing offers complimentary storage for up to one calendar year from the date of purchase.

Yes. All gazebos come with standard warranty protection.
Overstock gazebos can be shipped soon after order depending on where you live in the USA or Canada will effect delivery times. Typically about 1 to 4 weeks from the date of order to the date of receipt. Pre-Order gazebos are those that are added to the next production run and can range from 4 weeks to 12 weeks from the date of order to the date of receipt depending on the time of the production run and the ultimate delivery location (a more specific time of completion can be provided at the time the order is placed).
