I just wanted to let you know that my gazebo arrived about 2 weeks ago. I put it together this past Friday which took about 8 hour to complete. The hardest part about the install was drilling into the concrete to anchor it. The rest of the installation was very easy. Thanks for the quick turnaround on my order!

We are so happy with our new gazebo, we just had to write and tell you. It's everything you claimed it would be. We managed to put it up with no trouble but I must say it was quicker then I thought. We bought a new indoor/outdoor carpet for our concrete base and it's like a whole new room. Everyone who sees it loves it. There is so much room inside we can have plenty of company.
I haven't put it together yet, but it came packed quite nicely. It arrived much faster than expected.
This is a very well designed gazebo. Recommend some help, especially when setting the roof panels, but I was able to build this by myself. Make sure your foundation is level and square.
We bought this gazebo is the mist of the pandemic last June. Assembly definitely requires 2-3 people mainly because of all the pieces/parts and the weight. Instructions were very straightforward. There were a few times we got confused. Recommended is to lay out off the hardware and keep it organized. It's a given but there are a ton! It took my husband, dad and brother about 9-10 hours. Overall, I'd recommend it! We get nothing but compliments!
Absolutely beautiful product with exceptional customer service! When calling with questions or concerns this company could not have been more helpful! Product is outstandingly beautiful and well built. We were told they have the best customer service in the industry. They did not disappoint! Added so much beauty to our backyard and to our home.
We received our gazebo in January of 2021 and I wanted to give it some time before writing an official review. I've now used this building as my office for over 8 months and can honestly say that it has exceeded our every expectation. The gazebo itself was miraculously easy to build, and although the instructions are a little overwhelming, we found them to be very accurate and informative. Most of our challenges with the building process simply came from bad weather. The most unexpected part in all of this was how good the support is - whenever we had a question Brian was extremely helpful & quick to get back to us. I know it seems a little crazy to buy a building on the internet, but it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. We're so proud to have this in our yard and we're confident that it has added a ton of value to our property.
The Gazebo in a box went together without any problems. All the parts fit together perfectly.
