Foundation, Permits, and Assembly

A reinforced concrete pad is the recommended foundation for swim spa and hot tub use. Westview’s engineering stamp document provides resources for building permits and HOA approvals. Assembly takes approximately two days with three people. Outside wall dimensions are approximately 15.3 feet by 23.75 feet, so a 16-by-25-foot foundation provides comfortable clearance.
