Happy Birthday!
My son, who is an architectural engineer had no trouble putting together this gazebo for my 60th birthday, he was impressed with the craftsmenship. The neighborhood, strangers and passerby’s have inquired about this product so it may produce more sales...next twinkle lights, flower bed and a chime and picture will be complete..happy birthday to me!

50mph Winds
Excellent quality. Instructions could be clearer but went together well. Took about 10 manhours to assemble (in 90 degree July heat). Definitely a two man job. Roof panels need 1 person inside and another outside. Next step is to install a fan and some lights. Just passed test against 50mph winds here in Delaware

The Aspen Collection is our heavy duty composite wood gazebo line. The Aspen collection is made of a composite material called Ultrawood that looks very much like wood but lasts longer than wood. Ultrawood is durable and very low maintenance. The entrance door can be placed on any side of the gazebo.
The Aspen 12×16 is a large hot tub enclosure providing room for an 8-foot square spa with room for steps and a small sofa to relax around a hot tub.
This west coast designed hot tub enclosure includes a Duraflex PC roof with a skylight and 6 sliding tempered glass lockable windows. The entrance consists of 2 large lockable swing French doors made of heavy duty aluminum and tempered glass. Additional upgrades are available for a fee including a screen kit and roof bracket support. Multiple upgrades can be added together at a reduced cost.
The interior wall to wall dimensions is 132 5/8″ x 179 7/8″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 137 3/8″ x 184 5/8″. The roof dimensions are 159 1/4″ x 203 3/4″

We are very satisfied with our 12X16 gazebo. The company upgraded us to a 12X16 when parts were back ordered for the 12X14 that we ordered. It was shipped on time and it took us approximately 12 hours to assemble it. Everything fit perfectly. I have never put anything together that fit so good. We are now enjoying the gazebo and hot tub regularly. Please find some pictures attached

Hi James, here are some pictures of the gazebo. We are very pleased with this. We had 2 guys put it together for us they started around 10:30 a.m., and they had to carry the pieces from our pole barn which is around 200 feet to where we have it. They put it together in about 5 hours and put the roof on the next day. I really love this gazebo. I highly recommend if anyone wants an enclosed gazebo with windows and screens for a hot tub or just for an outdoor sitting room this is the one to get. It’s perfect and better than we expected.

22Hi guys. You weren’t kidding me about the quality! The sliding windows and doors are totally solid. Your gazebo is 10 times better than my old wood gazebo that I got from my local spa store.
