We have installed the 12×20 Brentwood Gazebo on our expanded back patio. Due to the incredible quality, fit and finish of the Gazebo, we completely remodeled our backyard so we now have our own little piece of heaven only feet away from our back door.

We purchased this spa gazebo for our swim spa and we absolutely love it. The Brentwood is made of Ultrawood which is synthetic and maintenance free. It is the perfect size to house our Endless Pool. The one suggestion I would make is that if you are buying this gazebo for a swim spa to get the rollaway cover for the swim spa rather than the flip cover. It gives you more room in the Brentwood. I am using this swim spa and Brentwood spa enclosure every day and loving it. I can’t imagine life without.

We purchased this 12x20 spa enclosure online and are pleasantly surprised. The building is very heavy duty with aluminium doors and sliding windows. We chose this spa enclosure because it had very large windows (about 5 feet in height). This lets in a lot of light which is important to me.

Before we purchased the Brentwood 12x20 hot tub enclosure, I never used my hot tub when it was raining outside. I live in Seattle. We get a lot of rain. Now, using my hot tub when it is raining out is my favorite time. Nice and cozy for my wife and I when it rains.

The Brentwood 12×20 is a newly designed multi-functional building. It has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views.

The Brentwood 12×20 is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or hot tub, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or tea house.

As seen in the photos, some of our clients have purchased two Brentwood 12x20s and placed them side by side using one Brentwood 12×20 to house a large swim spa and the second Brentwood 12×20 building as an outdoor recreational room.

This building includes a Duraflex PC roof with a skylight and sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are 2 entrances, one French double door entrance made of made of heavy duty aluminum and tempered glass, and a secondary sliding door entrance on the back side of the gazebo. Additional upgrades are available for a fee including a screen kit and roof bracket support. Multiple upgrades can be added together at a reduced cost.

The interior wall to wall dimensions is 132 5/8″ x 227 1/8″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 137 3/8″ x 231 7/8″. The roof dimensions are 159 1/4″ x 248 1/4″

We have searched everywhere for a functional outdoor building that did not cost a fortune. We wanted some extra outdoor space covered space. This was a very affordable way to add space and I recommend it. We use the room for a games room for pool and ping pong when our grandkids are over and convert it to a tea room for the remainder of the year.
