Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the gazebo we recently purchased from your company. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the gazebo to the actual installation we were both very impressed. The gazebo was packed very well and got to us in perfect condition and on time just as you promised! (now if I can just figure out a way to effectively recycle the crate it came in!). The instructions were easy to understand and the entire job took us two days from start to finish. So thanks for all your help!

I recently bought a gazebo and dreaded having to put it together. But little did I know how simple it was going to be. In the past when it came to even putting together some book shelves, I would shout, throw my tools and act like a complete idiot because I couldn't understand their directions and or there were missing parts.

Well, may I say, that holds to be the opposite from your product. Putting this gazebo together was an absolute dream! I couldn't believe how well the pre-drilled holes lined up and you had easy, step by step directions with illustrations. After putting this bad boy together, I realized that there was not even one heated moment between me and the gazebo. Thank you for taking pride in your product and making my life simple by making things the way you say you’re going to. You folks are a rare breed and you know what customer service is all about. I will recommend you guys for the rest of my life. Just wanted to share how proud I am to be a customer of yours.

The gazebo looks great. Took 12 hours to put together, kids didn't want to help. I'm glad I have a sturdy ladder to reach and support the roof sections during assembly. Directions were great which made for a simple step by step assembly. No parts were missing. I can't recommend this gazebo enough. We use it with a fire table and a propane heater during this pandemic for get-togethers.

We bought this gazebo in April of last year and only problem we had was to find someone to assemble it due to COVID19, so my wife and I assembled it by ourselves. Took us a lot of time - about a whole week, but we took it easy (I'm 77 years old) - little by little every day after work and now we really enjoy it. Design wise - it is very strong, looks very nice. Now we spend so much time in it - we just love it!

The enclosure is well-designed and provides great functionality, allowing me to use my hot tub year-round regardless of the weather. I recently purchased a hot tub enclosure for my backyard and I have been absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I prepurchased during the winter and Westview shipped to me in the spring. The enclosure is well-constructed and provides the perfect amount of protection and privacy for my hot tub.

The Westview team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.

Have to keep up with the Jones', so when both of my neighbors installed hot tubs in their backyards, I too had to get one. The icing on the cake though was when I purchased the Aspen gazebo for my hot tub. We just love it and now my neighbors are jealous! Look out Westview, I think they will be calling you soon.

Salut, Nous sommes absolument ravis du pavillon! Tout s'est déroulé parfaitement et nous l'utilisons tous les jours. Nous sommes reconnaissants de l'avoir parce que le temps a été tellement horrible cet hiver jusqu'à maintenant avec de la neige, de la pluie et du vent ce qui rend difficile de prendre de belles photos du pavillon. Je vais voir ce que je peux faire cette semaine, mais en voici quelques-unes de nuit. J'imagine que quelque chose en plein jour serait préférable? Je vais essayer de prendre de meilleur photos en journée cette semaine, si cela vous convient. Merci encore pour tout!

Nous adorons ce pavillon pour spa. Nous avons de la place pour notre petit bain à remous et notre sauna et également pour notre vélo elliptique!! Il est très bien construit et le matériau Ultrawood ne nécessite pas d'entretien. Les belles et larges fenêtres me laissent admirer l'extérieur dans toutes les directions et profiter de ma jolie vue sur le lac.

Le pavillon est plus petit que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Pour une raison quelconque sur la photo le pavillon me paraissait plus grand mais quand je l'ai fait installer il était plus petit que ce que je voulais. J'aurais du acheter un pavillon plus grand.

J'utilise le pavillon Denali comme ma salle de jeu perso. J'aime avoir mon espace privé pour faire ce que je veux. C'est super pour moi.

Le pavillon pour spa Denali 10x10 a été livré en trois semaines et je n'ai eu aucun problème pour comprendre les instructions d'installation, je suis très satisfait des résultats finaux. J'ai hâte d'en profiter dans les années à venir, je suis vraiment content des fenêtres er des portes robustes. Magnifique.

I love the size of my gazebo, even bigger inside than I had imaged. I have set up lights inside for night use and brought in some furniture for lounging around after swimming in my swim spa. Great building, just love it.

We bought the Solchalet to cover our new swim spa and we wanted to have room for a sitting and a change area. The 13 x 29 gives us all the room we needed. It was easy to build and went together much quicker than we had anticipated. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands for when you put the roof frame on but other than that, two of us were able to finish everything in a day and a half. The option for an extra door and the ability to place the doors anywhere you want on the gazebo was really appreciated. Great product!

I just had my swim spa installed and now all I needed was a nice enclosure to fit around it. I did some online research and came across Westview Manufacturing. After some deliberating, I ordered a Solchalet. It was delivered about 3 weeks after I ordered it and had my extended family help me install it. It took us one very long day to assemble, but that wasn't too bad as all of us are rookies at assembling a gazebo. Just in time too, as shortly after it was finished, some nasty weather arrived, and we have been enjoying being inside our gazebo while the weather outside has been very wet and windy. I'm so glad that I purchased this when I did.

I love cedar, especially Canadian red cedar. Incredibly beautiful wood which stands the test of time, so when I was on Westview's website and saw all of these great cedar gazebos I had to buy one. I chose the largest Solchalet as I needed room for my spa and games tables. I spend a lot of my free time in my gazebo and am really enjoying it. Thank you Westview!

My husband and son in law installed this Solchalet 13x29 in 9 hours. The spa gazebo is the perfect size to house our swim spa with just enough room to permit us to lounge around the spa when we are not in it. Very nice.
