The 16-foot depth of this enclosed building provides an extra-wide interior that accommodates activities and uses requiring a broader footprint than a standard 12 or 14-foot structure can offer. Whether you are housing a full-size swim spa with room to walk around all sides, setting up a large party room with tables and seating for a dozen guests, or creating a multi-zone space with a hot tub on one end and a lounge area on the other, the Brentwood 16×24 gives you the square footage to do it right.
The oversized windows that are the hallmark of the Brentwood collection are even more impactful at this size. With windows wrapping the full perimeter of the Brentwood 16x24 structure, the amount of natural light that fills the interior is dramatic. Two-Tier Reinforced Roof System
The Brentwood 16×24 features a two-tier Duraflex PC roof with reinforced truss supports. At approximately 16 feet wide and 24 feet long, the roof span is substantial, and the engineered truss system ensures the structure handles heavy snow loads, ice accumulation, and high winds safely. The two-tier roofline also adds interior ceiling height, which makes the space feel even larger and more open than the floor dimensions alone would suggest.

Constructed from Ultrawood composite, the Brentwood 16×24 is a permanent outdoor structure that never needs staining, sealing, sanding, or repainting. Dual Entrances and Flexible Layout
Two entrances — a primary set of aluminum swing French doors and a secondary sliding door entrance —provide flexible access from different sides of the building. All door and window wall sections share identical dimensions, so you choose where each entrance is placed during assembly. This customizable layout is particularly valuable for commercial applications, swim spa businesses, or homeowners who want one entrance facing the house and another facing the pool or garden.
The sliding lockable windows provide complete ventilation control and security. Optional tempered glass improves insulation and sound dampening. Screen kits add bug-free airflow for warm-weather use.
Foundation, Permits, and Assembly
A reinforced concrete pad is the recommended foundation for swim spas and hot tubs housed in the Brentwood 16×24. Westview’s engineering stamp document provides the resources for building permit applications and HOA approvals. Assembly takes approximately two days for three people.
