At approximately 16 feet wide and 28 feet long, this is not a gazebo in the traditional sense — it is a full-scale enclosed structure large enough to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, serve as an outdoor recreational room for a large family, or function as a private banquet hall for events and gatherings. The Brentwood 16×28 represents the top end of what is possible with a prefab composite building: commercial-grade size with residential-grade simplicity.
The oversized windows that define the Brentwood collection become truly spectacular at this scale. With windows wrapping the full perimeter of a nearly 450-square-foot structure, the interior is flooded with daylight from every direction. Two-Tier Reinforced Roof with Truss Supports
The Brentwood 16×28 features a two-tier Duraflex PC roof system with reinforced truss supports. At this roof span, structural engineering is not optional — it is essential. The truss-reinforced design distributes snow and wind loads evenly across the structure, ensuring safe and reliable performance in heavy weather conditions. The two-tier roofline also creates an elevated interior ceiling height that makes the space feel appropriately grand for a building of this size.

Three Entrances for Maximum Flexibility
The Brentwood 16×28 includes three separate entrances: one set of French double swing doors plus two sliding door entrances. The standard layout positions the swing doors on the 16-foot front side and both sliding doors on one of the 28-foot sides, but all door positions can be customized during assembly since the door and window wall sections share identical dimensions. This three-entrance layout is especially valuable for swim spa and pool house applications where separate access points for the wet area and the dry lounge area improve traffic flow and safety.
Foundation, Permits, and Assembly Planning
Housing a swim spa or hot tub in a structure of this size requires a reinforced concrete pad foundation engineered for the combined weight of the building, the water-filled spa or pool, and any furniture and equipment inside. Westview’s engineering stamped document provides resources for building permits and HOA approvals. Assembly takes a team of three to four people a full weekend. One customer reported that the crate was very large but that the contents were packed in layers for easy unloading, and the assembly instructions were great and easy to follow.
