The Chalet 10×10 Gazebo Collection of spa enclosures was inspired by the architecture and design of a Swiss Villa. The Chalet 10 x 10 gazebo powder coated and provides the feel and look of a mountainside resort in your backyard or patio garden. This spa enclosure has 6 sliding windows, one entrance and curved lexan corners. The entrance consists of two smooth sliding doors and may be installed on any side of the outdoor home.

The roof is the strongest and heavy duty spa enclosure roof available on the market and has a load capacity of 100 pounds per square foot. The roof panels are made of shake profile steel (either Taupe Brown or Garden Green baked-on enamel) lined with a vapour barrier and mahogany plywood.

The Chalet 10×10 gazebo is designed to provide a private area for lounging, playing video games with family and friends or chilling around a 7-foot spa. Interior dimensions are 116.5″ x 116.5″. Exterior dimensions are 123.5″ x 123.5″.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Pickup Options

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.

Please contact the Westview Manufacturing customer service line at 1-800-895-1972 for more information regarding alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and RMA Process

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.

Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.

Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
