Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third party freight terminal or residence depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to alternate arrangement deliveries and additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up withing the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellable orders that are requested after the gazebo has shipped are subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972, and have your invoice information available. The customer is responsible for return freight charges. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product. Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations which are authorized to accept the inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from, do not necessarily accept the inbound merchandise. Many of these terminal locations are outbound only. Do not ship the Gazebo to the location where your unit came from originally. Westview will not be responsible for merchandise shipped to us at any unauthorized location, or without a valid RMA.
