Our Warranty For Hot Tub Enclosure and Spa Gazebos

The manufacturer warrants that the gazebo or other structure will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will at their discretion, either repair or replace defective components of parts if under the manufacturer’s reasonable judgment the component(s) in question is defective in materials or workmanship. The owner must provide adequate photos of the defect in question.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide the necessary component of parts for replacement only. The manufacturer may take up to one year to provide replacement components as a result of logistical issues arising from the Covid 19 pandemic. Regular shipping (not expedited shipping) charges are covered by this warranty. Replacement parts and/or components of parts may not be an exact color match to the original, as colors and textures vary from batch to batch during the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to subsequent purchasers, units that have been sold or moved to another location, unauthorized repairs, alterations, abuse, neglect, misuse, flood, fire, falling debris, accumulated build-up of snow, earthquake, other natural calamity, improper or inadequate ground or floor, or improper setup/assembly. This warranty extends only to repair or replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of the components or parts proved to be defective in material or workmanship.   

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable and deposits are non-refundable.   Cancellable orders that are requested after the gazebo has shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
