The Brentwood 16×24 is large enough to house either a swim spa or hot tub with room for steps and a sofa to relax around the swim spa or hot tub. The hot tub enclosure is incredibly functional. It allows me to use my hot tub year-round, no matter the weather outside. The enclosure keeps the water warm and prevents debris from getting into the tub. It also provides privacy, which is important to me.

I had called you a couple of months ago letting you know I was having trouble finding someone to install the enclosure. We did find someone and they did a great job. Used it a lot as sunny California has not been sunny. I do appreciate the great customer service….I would only do one thing different if I’d thought about it: Cut in a dog door so my dogs can come and go as they please.
Now that the project is complete, I can say I really find the quality of the gazebo amazing. It is definitely smart to merely hand tighten the bolts and screws until the unit is completely assembled. Expect to take a significant amount of time tightening everything once assembly is complete. Assembly took around 20 man hours or so. All in all I would say that if you are in the market for a gazebo, this is an excellent option.
We purchased this gazebo so we could have a nice shady spot to sit and watch our grandkids play. We have enjoyed it so much and so has everyone in our family! We’re very happy with our purchase!

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Westview, now that it has been assembled, we really like the construction and design of our Brentwood. Very solid enclosure and we need that here in Minnesota. It started with just the 2 of us putting it together but ended up with 3 of us finally finishing the assembly in 2 days. I thought it would have been a little easier to assemble, but I am not one who usually follows instructions very well. All in all it is up and we are enjoying it, especially on the weekends.
A few years ago, my parents purchased a gazebo from Westview Manufacturing and to this day they still rave about it so of course when we finally decided to get our own gazebo, we called Westview. We ended up getting the Brentwood gazebo for an enclosure for our swim spa. It was, as my parents said it would be, very easy to assemble. I think it took three of us only 7 hours to assemble. The only downside was that we had to wait over 2 months to receive our gazebo. That’s how busy Westview is, but they were very honest about the time frame that we would have to wait, and I respect that. Thank you, Westview, for your great service.
We did a lot of research before buying our gazebo and we were really impressed with Westview Manufacturing’s Brentwood gazebo. What really sealed our decision was the Ultrawood. Maintenance Free! That sold it for us. We have just finished assembling our gazebo and it sure looks good. I know we will enjoy our gazebo for many, many years to come!
Westview Manufacturing makes a great product. We purchased a Brentwood and we love it. This Ultrawood is something else, my husband dropped the ladder and it slid down a couple of the panels and left an ugly mark. I called Westview’s service line and they told me that with Ultrawood, the color runs throughout every piece so I was told to just lightly wipe the marks and sure enough the color was still there. If this would have been wood, we would have had to re paint the whole surface. Bravo Westview!
We purchased the 16×24 Brentwood and it completely transformed our backyard atmosphere. We use it as my Yoga Studio.
