I haven’t put it together yet, but it came packed quite nicely. It arrived much faster than expected.
This is a very well designed gazebo. Recommend some help, especially when setting the roof panels, but I was able to build this by myself. Make sure your foundation is level and square.
We purchased a Brentwood 10×10. First, the customer service we received from Brent was excellent. Second, The quality of the pavilion is amazing. You can see the top quality workmanship that went into every piece. It looks beautiful in our back yard. We couldn’t be more pleased. Have had so many compliments on it.
I found Westview on the web in 2019. I was immediately drawn to them. I am very satisfied with the service and quality. The permitting and plan submittal was the most time consuming part of the process. Brent was supportive and understanding of the changes and once I finally got the permit. Unfortunately it was rainy season and covid which delayed the start. I’m happy to say, all those criteria were met. I didn’t go over budget. I would use Westview again in the future and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Good luck on your projects.
We put up our gazebo about a month ago and the family and I absolutely love it. This is a very well built beautiful addition to our deck. I put this together by myself over a couple of days and had two friends help lift the roof panels.
The attention to detail provided by James was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. He is a fine ambassador for the company.
The gazebo was suppose to be picked up at my local terminal, however, I rented a forklift from the local dealer and had the gazebo crate delivered directly to my house. This worked out great as it cost me about the same amount of money but saved me a ton of time.
This was by far the most problem free home improvement project that I have ever experienced. I worked with the sales department to order my gazebo which best fit my outdoor space within my budget.

I purchased this Brentwood 10×10 building to use as backyard studio and it has exceeded my expectations. I have shopped around and spoke to some local contractors who were going to charge me a fortune to build something in my backyard. Westview offers a wide selection of buildings to choose from. Although most of them are designed for hot tubs and swim spas, the Brentwood collection that was recommended by the salesman really suited my needs. I use it as a quiet space for reading and painting. I love it.
This spa gazebo is very pretty and fits perfectly on our rather small deck, my husband and I have spent time in it every day since we put it up. It is very well constructed.
Easy to assemble. I am using this as a painting studio. This gives me an oasis to work without having deal with day to day distractions in my house. I can really get into my created head space in this studio.
