The gazebo is really great when it is done…That said, it is time consuming to put it together, and we had 3 able bodied guys working on it. Took us about 12 hours, but we did get rained on a few times, so 10 hours is probably a fair estimate with 3 guys. If you can afford it, I would pay the extra $$ to have someone install it for you. But it has essentially added another room onto our house.
I recently bought a gazebo and dreaded having to put it together. But little did I know how simple it was going to be. In the past when it came to even putting together some book shelves, I would shout, throw my tools and act like a complete idiot because I couldn’t understand their directions and or there were missing parts. Well, may I say, that holds to be the opposite from your product. Putting this gazebo together was an absolute dream! I couldn’t believe how well the pre-drilled holes lined up and you had easy, step by step directions with illustrations. After putting this bad boy together, I realized that there was not even one heated moment between me and the gazebo. Thank you for taking pride in your product and making my life simple by making things the way you say you’re going to. You folks are a rare breed and you know what customer service is all about. I will recommend you guys for the rest of my life. Just wanted to share how proud I am to be a customer of yours.
The enclosure has been GREAT! No, REALLY GREAT! We had a hard freeze here in San Antonio where it got to 16F and because of the enclosure; we were able to keep the tropical plants nice and comfy at around 40F. It’s been really wonderful to be able to go sit in it when it’s been really cold. We’ve been very pleased. My cousins, aunts, and uncles all got a look at it a few weeks ago and were impressed. I gave out your number and website, so you may be hearing from them. I keep thinking my mother-in-law might want us to do the same thing to her backyard, but she might take some more convincing. 🙂
This gazebo arrived quickly, ahead of schedule. When unpacked, the parts were pristine, without any damage. It took three men about 8-10 hours for assembly. This is the most beautiful gazebo I have seen. I strung edison lights inside and the nighttime effect is really nice. No negatives. I am having it bolted down on my paver patio and will see what happens in a wind storm, but it seems heavy and solid.
Well engineered. Instructions are exceptional. The key is to know that you are level and as assembling, that you remain plumb. This is essential if you want the unit to come together as intended and designed. The hardware is exceptionally well thought out and high quality…be careful with torque as this is important to the longevity of the structure. We added additional lights…both interior on a dimmer and three attractive outdoor lanterns as well. The result is very attractive and user friendly.
Bought this great Gazebo a few months ago. The instructions were very clear, all the parts were marked and I was easily able to assemble with my son. Once complete, I added lights and a TV!. Great buy and highly recommended.
I can’t thank Westview enough for the wonderful customer service and a great product. It really transformed a completely unused portion of our backyard. I’ve already hosted a couple of events in it and everyone loved it. The construction was easy and enjoyable. I’ve been out there during some pretty substantial wind and rain here in Washington and it stays cozy and quiet. Opening both doors allows a wonderful cross breeze that cools the inside instantly on hot summer days. The big windows allow tons of light. I really couldn’t be happier with the gazebo.
We are delighted with this gazebo building. We do not have a hot tub but can use the extra space for entertaining. I love being able to have my girlfriends over for tea and enjoy our backyard. I give Westview an A for the craftsmanship. Well done.
In hindsight, we should have ordered the gazebo with french swing doors rather than sliding. Other than that, this gazebo is very nice and we are happy with it. The problem with sliding doors is that you cannot open both sides at the same time so the opening is not as large as I wanted.
Wow, just wow, I was in the market for a spa gazebo and after a few hours researching, I found Westview. The sales staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. They met all my needs and requests, couldn’t be happier with what I received. We put it up so easily I was really surprised at how simple it was. My husband surprised me for our anniversary by purchasing a gazebo for our hot tub. I guess he noticed that i did not like going out to the tub with him in my housecoat. This spa gazebo provides us privacy that I want.
I am really happy with this spa enclosure. We hired a handyman and his son and they installed this gazebo in less than a day. My grandkids can come over and use the hot tub year round now. Fantastic.
Living in New England we needed a true 4 season Gazebo, and Westview Manufacturing gave us that and much more. We purchased the 12×14 Colorado and assembled it ourselves. The instructions were clear and concise and the quality of the workmanship is top shelf. What is most important about Westview Manufacturing is their customer service and tech support. Its easy to make a sale but more difficult to be around when there is an issue not with this company, every issue got resolved and they were there thru the entire installation. We both highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high-end product at a very affordable price.
