Pleasant Experience

Thanks for all of your assistance in my purchase of my gazebo. It has been a pleasant experience and I have and will certainly continue to refer people to you.

one-man act

I assembled the Gazebo by myself, had help lifting roof assemblies, and pretty much performed a one-man act. Advice: pre-thread your screws and bolts to ensure they will thread properly before you tighten them! Hardware strips easily if threads do not line up. Concrete screws will snap if the holes you pre-drill in the concrete are too tight; wiggle the drill bit to make a slightly larger opening. A hammer drill comes in handy for the concrete anchors. Most importantly, square up as much as possible or you may have issues with all the pre-drilled holes and roof panels lining up properly. Otherwise, finished product looks great!

Very Sturdy

Hi, My name is Noah and I live in Tampa Fl. Me and my friend Scott put our gazebo together with much ease. The instructions were very easy to follow.
Some things didn't make sense at first but after just following the directions STEP BY STEP it is a piece of cake. It took us about 6 hours start to finish, that's with a break for Burger King. About 30 Min. The gazebo is very sturdy and the doors slide open and shut very easily. Talk about price, you can't be beat. All parts are numbered and easily assembled. Just wanted to drop a note of praise to your company for your fast shipping and great do it yourself product. I have already recommended you to a friend of mine.

LOVE IT

I LOVE IT. Everything from delivery to set up went flawlessly. I cannot recommend this whole experience more.

Mostly by myself.

I put this together by mostly myself (with a little help from my wife for some items). Since I was mostly working alone, I did not pre-assemble the roof. I put together the frame with the rafters and lifted it into place. I also installed the ridge after one side was up and slide the panel for the other side underneath. The only problem I had was with some of the long bolts threading, but I called customer service and they sent replacement via FedX, no questions asked.

Gazebo Movement

Absolutely love this gazebo. I made it by myself with only help with the roof. Customer service was and still is outstanding: any questions I had were answered very promptly. I’d highly recommend this gazebo to any and everyone. Let’s start a gazebo movement in the US.

We are loving our new 12x18 spa gazebo. It did take a very long time to receive it but I think it was worth the wait. It took us only about 10 hours total to put together and attach to our deck using lag bolts. Other than that, if you are in the market for something like this I think you will love it.

To Westview Manufacturing:

“We really want to thank James, our salesman, and Andrew, our shipping representative. They were very friendly, courteous and did everything they could to make the purchasing and receiving of our gazebo a pleasure. We love the 12’X18’ Colorado gazebo. It was easy to put together by following the drawings and the color matches perfectly with my barn & shop trim. Our spa fits in the gazebo and leaves the room at the end for seats and a table. The thing we loved the most was the ability to switch panels, windows, and the door to fit our needs. That is a great concept that your company came up with. The gazebo looks great and fits our needs perfectly. We will now be able to use the spa no matter what the season is. We have sent several pictures of the gazebo to you so you can see the result. If anyone asks us about the gazebo, we will refer them to you.

Thank you so much for a wonderful product and an amazing experience.”
