They are optional spacers that lift the wall panels ¼″ so hot tub or swim spa water can drain out of the gazebo. Leave them off if you want the walls flush with your pad or deck.

Contact Westview through the contact form with your order number and clear photos of the defect. If the part is defective in materials or workmanship, Westview repairs or replaces it and covers regular shipping on the replacement. Warranty coverage runs one year from the date of purchase; see the warranty for full terms.
At a freight terminal, the crate is loaded onto your vehicle or trailer with a forklift. At home, residential delivery with forklift service is available in most areas for an extra charge. Owners report that unloading the panels from the crate takes about half an hour if you follow the step-by-step procedure.
