Great customer service. Even when there was a problem with paperwork the employees continued helping us and fixed the issue. A very patient, quick, easy and painless process.
So surprised how perfectly the gazebo assembled. Every hole aligned, no missing pieces, excellent instructions. It does take a long time to assemble (12 hours for 3 pretty capable people with 2 ladders). Assembly is easy, just a lot of pieces and screws. Very pleased with the quality of the materials and the sound design.
I bought this in 2019, but didn’t have time to set it up. After some family medical issues I finally got the time to assemble this. With the help of 2 others. Went together easily if directions are followed I have to say it is quite solid and should last for many, many years.
We purchased this Gazebo last June. Words cannot fully explain how the addition of this gazebo has altered the experience on our backyard patio! To begin with it creates and incredible welcoming, comforting and relaxing experience. Many of our neighbors and friends have commented about the welcoming and cosey feeling the gazebo provides during many of our social gatherings! It is also aesthetically very pleasing and greatly enhances the appearance of our patio giving it and our backyard a very classy look. Since adding this gazebo, we spend far more time outdoors enjoying the relaxing ambiance it provides! This was a great purchase for our family!
This Gazebo may be the best investment I have ever made. My wife and I erected it in less than 2 days. Everything fit together perfectly, we were so impressed by the quality and workmanship that went into this product and the people at Westview are top notch when I had a question, a special thanks to Brent, what a great guy. Our hot tub and Sauna are out of the elements in this fantastic shelter, our backyard never looked better. Can’t wait to set in the hot tub and watch it snow through the awesome skylight this winter. The Aspen 12×20 is exactly what we needed for our swim spa. Protection from the elements to give us year round use of our swim spa. This building is well built with solid aluminium doors and windows.
Regarding the Aspen 12×20 gazebo….Once we built the base to make it tall enough for our swim spa it only took a couple of days to assemble. Everyone that sees it can’t believe how good it looks. Much better than anything else we found.
We looked at many different options, including steel buildings, having someone build a mini house for us, open air pergola, covered deck addition and big box store ‘gazebos’. We were pleasantly surprised when we found your website. We chose the Aspen gazebo and it was delivered in just over a week. I find it to very well built, with composite materials like Trex decking. This will last a lifetime, I’m sure. Was pretty easy to put together with great detailed instructions. We did have an issue with 2 missing bolts, which you couriered to us overnight, so I can’t complain. My wife got some furniture for the inside, and she decorated inside, and it looks terrific. I love the rear window frames, love the swing out doors. There is so much light inside with all the windows and the skylight. We were a little worried that it would be too dark and feel claustrophobic inside, but it’s great! Very impressed, if you ever need a testimonial or review, you only have to ask, I would be happy to oblige. My neighbors will probably be calling you soon for their very own unit. I will send you photos of the finished gazebo shortly. Ps. I appreciate the tip about building the concrete pad bigger than necessary, it looks much better this way with the open area outside the front entrance. It looks as part of our back yard as opposed to an addition.

We’ve owned our Aspen 12×20 for a year now and it still looks brand new. No fading, no warping.
The delivery was smooth and all parts were clearly labeled. Took my 13 year old and myself Saturday and part of Sunday to assemble the Aspen 12×20.
Perfect spot for our hot tub. No more dealing with snow or rain while soaking.
We added a small electric fireplace and now it’s cozy even in the winter.
