Purchased about a month ago, it took me about a week to finish assembling but it was worth the work, I had some problems with some of the screws and one broke while installing but the company’s customer service sent more screws in a matter of a week time. They are a great team.
We bought this since sheltering in place due to COVID-19. We have a teen daughter who needed a place that she could call her own. We as a family needed a place outside the confines of the house. This has been such a treat. We added fantastic furniture, tv and outside speakers. The construction of this gazebo is so sturdy. It has cut down on the heat of the backyard. It’s a dream.
Our gazebo has allowed us to enjoy these hot Illinois summer nights bug free. Thanks for your personal help both before and after our purchase.

This is definitely one of the better gazebos I’ve seen around. It is a little bit tedious to put together but well worth it. Plan about 20-25 man hours from start to finish. The quality is great and the instructions are easy to follow. This gazebo is SOLID! I highly recommend this Gazebo. The number one reason I purchased this is the quality. Our last canvas gazebo was destroyed by heavy snow, this Gazebo is guaranteed to hold heavy snow and so far it’s working great!
Great! The gazebo and the company is fantastic! We have not had any problems with it being up yet! Keeps the rain out very well compared to the old fabric one we had. We will see what happens with the Wisconsin winter but I have a heater to put in it so can melt the snow.
Due to COVID shipping took awhile, but worth the wait. This looks marvelous, even our neighbors like it. I only gave 4 stars as at the peak when roof goes on we had to drill holes so they would align. Overall, having this up for a week it has been used everyday and are pleased with our investment.

Very nice, sturdy, came in one crate. My wife and I put the walls up in about four and a half hours. When you put the roof frame up it is better to have 4 people so each can grab a corner. Makes life a lot easier. The installation was a little longer than I expected but I have never built anything like this in my life. Great experience and a lot of fun to build this Colorado 12×12 spa gazebo.

We chose the Colorado 12×12 because we had a tight space and needed a sliding door. This was the best gazebo we could find within our budget. The Ultrawood looks very natural and it is great that it is maintenance free.
