The Tallest Spa Staircase — Now with a Side Railing

The Westview 4-Step Spa Stairs are the tallest and most feature-rich steps in the Westview lineup. With a top stair height of 28 inches and an included side railing, the 4-Step is designed for elevated decks, tall swim spas, raised hot tubs, and any application where height and safety are priorities. The single railing can be attached on either side of the staircase, allowing you to orient the steps in any direction to suit your space. This is the only Westview step model that includes a railing.

Ultrawood Composite: Beautifully Crafted and Zero Flex

Like all Westview spa stairs, the 4-Step is built from Ultrawood composite — the same maintenance-free material used in Westview’s premium gazebo collections.     The spacing was perfect between each step. The top step gave me a little extra space to set things down while I opened the door. I would encourage and recommend these steps for everyone. Delivery was on time, faster than expected. They were very easy to assemble as well.

    This is an excellent set of steps providing easy access to a hot tub. It replaces the two-step unit that came with the tub that made access very difficult for young children and senior citizens.

    Wonderful steps, very strong and makes getting in and out of our RV much easier. Our RV stays put for the season, so the steps are great, very easy to assemble. I think I have sold three to my fellow campers, need to be getting a commission. Great product don’t hesitate to purchase.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Pickup Options

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.

Please contact the Westview Manufacturing customer service line at 1-800-895-1972 for more information regarding alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and RMA Process

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.

Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.

Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
