The Westview 2-Step Spa Stairs are built with the same Ultrawood composite used in Westview’s premium gazebo collections. Ultrawood looks and feels like real wood but is maintenance-free, weather-resistant, and environmentally friendly. The result is a set of hot tub steps that matches your Westview gazebo in material, color, and build quality — not a flimsy plastic add-on that looks out of place.

350-Pound Capacity with a Wide, Stable Foundation

With a weight capacity of 350 pounds and a wide 31-inch tread width, the 2-Step Stairs provide confident, stable footing for anyone entering or exiting a hot tub. Customers consistently praise the zero-wobble foundation and the generous step width that accommodates big or small feet with no worries about falling off. The overall dimensions of approximately 31 inches wide, 21 inches deep, and 14 inches tall make this the ideal companion for standard-height hot tubs and swim spas.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Pickup Options

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.

Please contact the Westview Manufacturing customer service line at 1-800-895-1972 for more information regarding alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and RMA Process

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.

Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.

Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
