The roofs of the Vail gazebos are primarily made of a multiwall polycarbonate sheet that offers a high degree of light transmittance while blocking harmful ultraviolet rays.
Anti-Drip / Anti-Fog Coating
Standard Feature
The unbreakable Lexan Multiwall polycarbonate sheet has high tech coating that ensures condensation is carried away from roofing and that there will be minimum or no water droplets. Lexan Thermoclear is commonly used on pool enclosure roofs worldwide.
Positionable Doors
Standard Feature
Each Vail gazebo comes with a 4-foot-wide double swing door entrance. The entrance can be placed on any side of the gazebo. The door and wall panels are interchangeable, and the door is positionable in any configuration to accommodate your design requirements.
Virtually Unbreakable Lexan
Standard Feature
The multiwall polycarbonate sheet is known as virtually unbreakable Lexan that is light in weight, has great thermal insulation properties and is 10 times stronger than glass.
Weather resistant Material
Standard Feature
Lexan Thermoclear has outstanding impact performance over a wide temperature range from -40° C to +120°C and after prolonged outdoor exposure. Lexan Thermoclear sheets have been subject to extreme weather including storms, hailstones, wind, snow and ice formation. Under these conditions the product is virtually unbreakable and is used in many applications including the roofing material on soccer stadiums in Europe.
Tempered Safety Glass
Optional Feature
New for all 2023 production models, the gazebos will come with tempered safety glass for no extra charge when you order the Sliding Latchable Windows upgrade. Tempered glass is 4 or 5 times stronger and safer than untreated glass. As a result, tempered glass is less likely to experience thermal break. Tempered glass is also far more durable than acrylic windows used by lower quality spa enclosures.
Sliding Latchable Windows
Optional Feature
The sliding window kit is available on all the Vail models. The window kit consists of sliding glass windows installed on all the gazebo’s window wall panels. The sliding windows enable enhanced enjoyment and flexibility of use for the gazebo providing for a cool cross breeze in the Summer while keeping out the freezing wind in the Winter. Maintenance Free Durawood Walls
Standard Feature
Durawood is a maintenance free synthetic material that looks very much like wood but has a much longer lifespan up to 5 times the lifespan of wood. All Vail gazebo walls are made of Durawood for longer life and natural beauty.
