We are really happy with the Screen Kit upgrade. We live in Minnesota having screens is essential.

I love that that screens slide on a separate track from the window. We can open and close the screen independent of our window. So we can pass a drink through the window opening by simply sliding the screen to the open position.

I have mixed feelings about getting the black out windows. My wife wanted the blackout windows so no one can look in. My issue is that now I cannot look out of the window without physically sliding the window open. If I have all the windows closed I cannot see out of the gazebo.

The black privacy windows are wonderful. The privacy windows let us use our hot tub the way we like without our bathing suits and no one can look in.
