Somerset 14×17

The Somerset (14′ x 17′) is our newest multi-functional outdoor building with oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The Somerset is constructed from Ultrawood, a synthetic composite material that replicates the appearance and texture of authentic wood.

Furthermore, this versatile structure can be utilized for a range of recreational purposes, including a backyard studio, tea house, or spa gazebo. Whether you want to relax in your backyard, practice yoga, or read a book, the Somerset can cater to your needs. Additionally, its durable construction ensures that it can withstand various weather conditions and last for years to come.

Ultrawood is an environmentally friendly and maintenance-free material, making it an excellent choice for those who desire the look of wood without the need for regular upkeep. This modern-inspired enclosure includes a Duraflex PC roof with skylight and provides enough room for hanging seating and a c area for additional comfort. The Somerset has aluminum framed double French doors and sliding latch-able windows to ensure smooth opening and closing.

The Somerset has multiple upgrade kits available at an additional charge, including a screen kit, a tempered glass upgrade, and a roof bracket kit, which increases wind and roof capacity. Multiple upgrades can be combined at a reduced cost. Also available in gray colour.

The interior wall to wall dimensions is 207″ x 174″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 211″ x 179″. The roof dimensions are 224″ x 192″.
