The Westview team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.

I purchased my gazebo to install it on an existing concrete pad. Three people were needed some times to put it together but most of the installation can be done by one person.  I used the caulk that came with the gazebo to caulk all the screws located on the roof. Nothing leaked after the first rainstorm. Make sure to follow the instructions, don't tight the bolts too much until the entire gazebo is completely assembled and anchored. I had a concrete specialist anchor the gazebo. The snow rating, the wind rating were the selling point for me. I highly recommend this product. Could not been happier.

Have to keep up with the Jones', so when both of my neighbors installed hot tubs in their backyards, I too had to get one. Much has been said in all the reviews I have read about how solid and real looking this ultrawood is,.... after assembling my Aspen gazebo, I totally agree! I love the fact that it is virtually maintenance free, which is great as I want to enjoy my gazebo for many years without having to do any re-staining or touch ups every year.

Our new gazebo was assembled over the weekend. Took approximately 10 hours over the course of 2 days by two people. Everything was packaged beautifully, nothing missing or damaged in transit. Some of the instructions were vague and some parts could have better assembly/installation design. Not sure if we're going to have any leaks when it rains, guess we'll find out soon enough. I would recommend this company and the associates I dealt with in emails and on the phone. They were most helpful. Now its time to enjoy our deck once again.

We purchased and built this gazebo last summer and couldn't be happier. All the pieces arrived as scheduled and undamaged. I built the gazebo primarily by myself and only needed a couple extra hands when putting up the roof. It held the heavy snow load over the winter and the gazebo looks as good as it did a year ago when I put it up. I would highly recommend this product and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

A few of the many reasons why I chose my gazebo from Westview is that you can place the door on any side of the gazebo that you prefer, and it doesn't have to be centered, it can be offset. Also, my husband connected the walls in a way that if we ever need to remove a wall section or to interchange the door section with a wall section we can do so no problem without dismantling the roof.   Love the design.   Great concept Westview. I have to admit that I am quite the klutz when it comes to assembling anything, but with the help of my neighbor I found it very easy to put together. We didn't break any records, but it didn't take us forever either, we were done the same day we started. I was leery about ordering my gazebo online, sight unseen, other than the pictures I viewed on the website, so I called the 1-800 number for Westview Manufacturing and after speaking with them and discussing my options, they assured me that I would be pleased with my Aspen gazebo, and you know, they were right. I am thrilled with my new gazebo. I love how solidly built it is and how great it looks in my backyard. I have plenty of room for my hot tub and will eventually get some patio furniture for the remaining space I have left to use.

Excellent quality. Instructions could be clearer but went together well. Took about 10 manhours to assemble (in 90 degree July heat). Definitely a two man job. Roof panels need 1 person inside and another outside. Next step is to install a fan and some lights. Just passed test against 50mph winds here in Delaware

We bought the backyard gazebo and are so glad it did. Was completely done building it in a single day. We added outdoor drapes and it is beautiful. My husband calls it my she-shed because of the look. Thank you Westview!

My husband and I purchased our Aspen gazebo mainly because of the cool terracotta color, it blends in well with our house and the neighbors' homes. We also like the look of the rounded corners, it makes it seem like there is more space inside the gazebo. Once our hot tub is installed I'm sure we will be spending many nights after work lounging in our hot tub, surrounded by our new enclosure, hidden away from the elements outside.

My Aspen gazebo arrived in this huge plywood and steel crate and when I saw it I said whoa, what am I supposed to do with that. But you know, the step by step procedure to unload the crate was easy to do and only took about a half hour to unload all of the pieces. Assembling the gazebo on my deck was also easy to do, it took my partner and I just under 9 hrs. total to assemble. Every piece was simple to attach, no issues at all. I've invited a few neighbors over to enjoy our new Aspen gazebo, so you may get a phone call from them in the near future inquiring about getting their own gazebo.

Take your time organizing parts/pieces. There are A LOT and you'll be glad you did. We used two ladders and were just fine. We're excited to use this gazebo. I've got fans, lights, etc. coming for it and overall, we're very glad we purchased this and that we're done assembling it.

We purchased this last season after our third gazebo was destroyed by a wind storm and we are so thankful we did! This Gazebo has since survived the wind and snow without any issues. Ours sits nicely over our Jacuzzi protecting us from rain and snowfall making it a much more enjoyable experience. My husband even installed lighting and speakers for added ambiance :)

Dear Westview, I just wanted to thank you for your help and support with my gazebo. I use it as a wood shop to make baseball bats and it has been one of my best purchases in a long time. It is roomy enough to house my equipment and does not take up much space in our back yard. It has been a big bonus for the custom baseball bat business!

The gazebo is really great when it is done...That said, it is time consuming to put it together, and we had 3 able bodied guys working on it. Took us about 12 hours, but we did get rained on a few times, so 10 hours is probably a fair estimate with 3 guys. If you can afford it, I would pay the extra $$ to have someone install it for you. But it has essentially added another room onto our house.

I recently bought a gazebo and dreaded having to put it together. But little did I know how simple it was going to be. In the past when it came to even putting together some book shelves, I would shout, throw my tools and act like a complete idiot because I couldn't understand their directions and or there were missing parts.
Well, may I say, that holds to be the opposite from your product. Putting this gazebo together was an absolute dream! I couldn't believe how well the pre-drilled holes lined up and you had easy, step by step directions with illustrations. After putting this bad boy together, I realized that there was not even one heated moment between me and the gazebo. Thank you for taking pride in your product and making my life simple by making things the way you say you’re going to. You folks are a rare breed and you know what customer service is all about. I will recommend you guys for the rest of my life. Just wanted to share how proud I am to be a customer of yours.

The enclosure has been GREAT! No, REALLY GREAT! We had a hard freeze here in San Antonio where it got to 16F and because of the enclosure; we were able to keep the tropical plants nice and comfy at around 40F. It’s been really wonderful to be able to go sit in it when it’s been really cold.
We’ve been very pleased. My cousins, aunts, and uncles all got a look at it a few weeks ago and were impressed. I gave out your number and website, so you may be hearing from them. I keep thinking my mother-in-law might want us to do the same thing to her backyard, but she might take some more convincing. 🙂

This gazebo arrived quickly, ahead of schedule. When unpacked, the parts were pristine, without any damage. It took three men about 8-10 hours for assembly. This is the most beautiful gazebo I have seen. I strung edison lights inside and the nighttime effect is really nice. No negatives. I am having it bolted down on my paver patio and will see what happens in a wind storm, but it seems heavy and solid.

Well engineered. Instructions are exceptional. The key is to know that you are level and as assembling, that you remain plumb. This is essential if you want the unit to come together as intended and designed.
The hardware is exceptionally well thought out and high quality...be careful with torque as this is important to the longevity of the structure. We added additional lights...both interior on a dimmer and three attractive outdoor lanterns as well. The result is very attractive and user friendly.

I just purchased and assembled your gazebo, and wanted to compliment your company on an excellent product designed. It went together like a very detailed meccano set and yes, I had to reread some of the text and diagrams a couple of times, but everything went together well and I was also quite impressed with the value.

When Spring arrives and the yard/gardens come back to life, I’ll send some photos so you can see how nice the gazebo looks. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! And again, the phone consultations were key to making the fit exactly right. Everything is exactly the way I need it to be. 100% thumbs up!!!

It took me and another person about 8 hours from start to finish to put it together. There were no problems with construction. The parts are labeled clearly and were packaged securely. The roof panels are a little difficult to get in with two people. A third person would be very helpful at this stage of the construction. I used concrete anchors to secure it on my concrete slab patio. The first night it was up we had about 3 inches of snow and the following two days we had thunderstorms and heavy winds. The gazebo held up perfectly throughout the 3 days. We had wind gusts over 30 mph and I saw no movement with the structure.

We love this gazebo. It is well made and very sturdy. We have added lights, two ceilingfans. We have never been able to enjoy sitting on our patio...too hot and humid. We have been able to be outside enjoying our beautiful birds.

I assembled the Gazebo by myself, had help lifting roof assemblies, and pretty much performed a one-man act. Advice: pre-thread your screws and bolts to ensure they will thread properly before you tighten them! Hardware strips easily if threads do not line up. Concrete screws will snap if the holes you pre-drill in the concrete are too tight; wiggle the drill bit to make a slightly larger opening. A hammer drill comes in handy for the concrete anchors. Most importantly, square up as much as possible or you may have issues with all the pre-drilled holes and roof panels lining up properly. Otherwise, finished product looks great!

Hi, My name is Noah and I live in Tampa Fl. Me and my friend Scott put our gazebo together with much ease. The instructions were very easy to follow.
Some things didn't make sense at first but after just following the directions STEP BY STEP it is a piece of cake. It took us about 6 hours start to finish, that's with a break for Burger King. About 30 Min. The gazebo is very sturdy and the doors slide open and shut very easily. Talk about price, you can't be beat. All parts are numbered and easily assembled. Just wanted to drop a note of praise to your company for your fast shipping and great do it yourself product. I have already recommended you to a friend of mine.

Love this gazebo. Looked long and hard at many brands and chose this one. No regrets. Assembly wasn't too bad, a friend helped me. Looks great, very sturdy. Have had it up for a couple months. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a gazebo. The company was great to deal with.

We are so happy with our new gazebo, we just had to write and tell you. It's everything you claimed it would be. We managed to put it up with no trouble but I must say it was quicker then I thought. We bought a new indoor/outdoor carpet for our concrete base and it's like a whole new room. Everyone who sees it loves it. There is so much room inside we can have plenty of company.

Received gazebo also the upgrades. Son came last week and built the deck and with help we erected the gazebo. I am now able to sit outdoors and enjoy the summer without being eaten up by the flies and mosquitoes. Got lots of interest in it and several inquiries [company, etc.] Thanks for being such a reliable company to deal with etc.

We found Westview online we were looking for gazebos they really had the one we wanted. It took eight months because of the backlog because of the Covid. It is now finished it is just gorgeous it is a lifetime structure. I highly recommend this company. It was worth the wait it was not inexpensive by any means but you truly pay For what you get.

I was most surprised by how roomy it is in here even with my hot tub in it. I have enough room to have a lounge chair, a small round table, and a patio chair. I love the look of real cedar. I feel like I am out at a cottage near a lake when I am inside my gazebo.

This was my first purchase through a website and I was very impressed with the service and info they gave me. Not only did I find the exact style Spa Gazebo I had been searching everywhere for 13x13, but it was hundreds of dollars cheaper and it arrived in just a few weeks.

Assembled this myself in less than a day. Only needed help for the roof from my girlfriend to hold the panels in place and we are both happy at the finished result. Instructions are good and simple, all in all really pleased thanks Westview.

When I was looking for a spa gazebo I did not know it came in such various styles and sizes. The natural cedar is a must for me. It is so beautiful. The size 13x17, style, and the color (for me) is great, it goes perfectly with my deck and patio furniture. It gives us the extra space to sit and shade to entertain as well as protection for our hot tub. We are truly enjoying it.

I am really happy with the Solchalet 13×17 from Westview Manufacturing. It is exactly what I was looking for. The room lets a lot of light in which is great for me. The cedar wood is beautiful and I really like that every second window opens to allow cross breeze when it is hot out. I also upgraded to the screen kit which is essential for Minnesota. The craftsmanship is very good, for example, every screen is encased in its own cedar wood frame, and all the wood is dado to precision.

The spa gazebo looks nice but i my only issues are there are no locks on the doors and windows of the Solchalet 13x17 and I expected that. It is not a big deal but my husband had to go to the hardware store to pick up some locks.

Beautiful spa enclosure with a nice vaulted ceiling. The gazebo roof really makes the spa gazebo feel open and airy.

Really happy with the end results. One minor criticism is that when i am installing each roof panel, i need to do it rather quickly as the silicon tends to dry quickly. I wasn't aware so i had to remove the dried bead of silicon on two of the connections before re-attaching. Otherwise it was a breeze to set up.

The fit and finish of this gazebo is very good. We are using this building as an outdoor recreation room. Great way to add extra space to a home.

Called WestView out of frustration and desperation, I had called and checked out lots of other companies, these were the first people to treat me like a real person and did not mind my dozens of questions. James walked me through everything, all the details and options, it was really easy and fast, I customized my windows doors added the screens… lots of bugs here in the summer, it arrived in about 30 days, we had to wait to put it up as our hot tub was a couple weeks late, this was the best hot tub gazebo we found and the service was excellent.

This is exactly what i wanted. Protection from rain and wind in the winter and lots of natural light. This Solchalet 13x21 is perfect for us. Thank you. I recommend this gazebo for anyone who loves natural light.

I love cedar, especially Canadian red cedar. Incredibly beautiful wood which stands the test of time, so when I was on Westview's website and saw all of these great cedar gazebos I had to buy one. I chose the largest Solchalet as I needed room for my spa and games tables. I spend a lot of my free time in my gazebo and am really enjoying it. Thank you Westview!

I just had my swim spa installed and now all I needed was a nice enclosure to fit around it. I did some online research and came across Westview Manufacturing. After some deliberating, I ordered a Solchalet. It was delivered about 3 weeks after I ordered it and had my extended family help me install it. It took us one very long day to assemble, but that wasn't too bad as all of us are rookies at assembling a gazebo. Just in time too, as shortly after it was finished, some nasty weather arrived, and we have been enjoying being inside our gazebo while the weather outside has been very wet and windy. I'm so glad that I purchased this when I did.

We bought the Solchalet to cover our new swim spa and we wanted to have room for a sitting and a change area. The 13 x 29 gives us all the room we needed. It was easy to build and went together much quicker than we had anticipated. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands for when you put the roof frame on but other than that, two of us were able to finish everything in a day and a half. The option for an extra door and the ability to place the doors anywhere you want on the gazebo was really appreciated. Great product!

I love the size of my gazebo, even bigger inside than I had imaged. I have set up lights inside for night use and brought in some furniture for lounging around after swimming in my swim spa. Great building, just love it.

My husband and son in law installed this Solchalet 13x29 in 9 hours. The spa gazebo is the perfect size to house our swim spa with just enough room to permit us to lounge around the spa when we are not in it. Very nice.

Our new Studio office space is amazing. It fits perfectly on our back deck and gives us a place to escape when the kids have their friends over. The ceiling feature gives it a very polished look and we love showing it off to the neighbors. We may never go back into the house once the TV is set up in there.

Absolutely love our new Studio 31 backyard gazebo. I was a little nervous ordering it online but so glad I listened to all the positive reviews and went for it!! It was actually fun for my husband and I to put it up together! We did need a little help for the roof. We have a heater and a tv out there and plan to use it thru the winter months.

Took longer to put together than the directions said but was still not bad. Was able to put a lot of sections together by myself and then got help to attach it all together. Was actually pretty easy. Hardest part was making sure the roof sections were square. It is up and beautiful. The wife is really happy and we will get many years of family use of the gazebo. Neighbors all love it and think it is awesome

I ordered from Westview’s web site because it was the cheapest, I could find. (some sites was $6000). This one was on sale for $4888. I was so scared something was wrong with it. Turns out all the pieces was there and none of it was missing! It took 2 people a total of 5 hours to assemble but wasn't bad at all. We are so pleased with how it turned out.

Nice gazebo. My wife and I love the openess of this gazebo. It was also really easy to assemble. Only took me about 3 hours in total with the help of my son Jacob.

The gazebo took 2 weeks to arrive from when i ordered it! I was expecting it to arrive in a few days so i didn't get it set up in time for my daughters party. So besides the later than expected delivery the gazebo is good.

We are absolutely loving this gazebo! It was everything we were looking for. Heavy and very sturdy! Assembly people were excellent! All around great experience!

The finished product looks great! The only issue I had was there were not enough roof screws, and I had to buy a box since I needed ten! It took me and my son-in-law, (plus a few other helpers when it came time for the roof) little more time than the instructions stated!! We are happy with the quality and it definitely makes our yard more attractive!!

The spa gazebo offers us privacy which is the main reason we got it. The Zento was easy to install and the completed structure adds value to our home. Overall, a good experience.
